I send my condolences to the Pate family. I was the recipient of many of her hugs. I live in the neighborhood by the home they lived at in Ninetta Circle. They certainly had a way of cheering me up when I would see them out walking with their walking sticks. May you all be comforted and hold on to the memories of a dear sweet lady.

I will always treasure my friendship with Jane Pate. What a wonderful lady! I love her so much! She graciously joined me, along with friends and family, when I received my endowment at the Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple. Her gracious support warms my heart. I appreciate Jane talking with me at church and ward activities and for her kindness to my son, Connor. I admire Jane's optimism, her giggles, her hugs, her dependability, and her appreciation for being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I miss her friendship, but will reunite with her some day. May the Lord bless such a special lady. I will always be grateful to have known such a kind-hearted soul.
